OVER 15,300 people turned up for the ‘JP Ultimate Weekend’ to enjoy the special $3 offer between May 5-7. Meanwhile, the first JP Garden Family Festival saw a headcount of over 4,000 visitors.

The final day saw over 8,000 visitors opting to celebrate National Family Day at the park, dubbed one of the premier tourist destinations in Brunei, to indulge in a host of carnival games.

The carnival and special promotion offer were held to mark Jerudong Park Playground’s third anniversary since its re-launch as well as National Family Day 2017.

Over the course of the carnival, 103 lucky draw winners were picked, taking home prizes in the form of mobile phones sponsored by Progresif Celullar, return ticket to Dubai sponsored by At-Taqwa Travel Tours, return air tickets sponsored by Tumasek General Contractor, and a night’s stay at a suite sponsored by the Rizqun International Hotel, Easi top up cards and Chill Café vouchers.

Visitors bought over 4,600 coupons to partake in carnival games that ranged from high-tech simulators – including the F1 Simulator, to the conventional ones such as the ring toss and balloon dart.
